alpi sea's Balance Cantilever Formwork System is cast-in-situ and/or segmental method of construction based on the following strengths:

Our Systems are based on a European Engineering Standards.(EES)

Our Formwork Systems at full load (including concrete) will provide a maximum deflection structure of 20mm.

The average working cycle using our System are one(1) cycle in one(1) week maximum. It could be reduce to 4 to 5 days after a longer period of using the equipment.

alpi sea's in-situ Balance Cantilever Formwork Systems are designed for a maximum segment “casting” length of 5.0m with a load capacity (Formwork system and concrete included) from 150 to 400 tons. The Formwork System total weight will normally vary from 20 to 50 tons depends on the bridge design (bridge cross-section).

alpi sea's segmental Balance Cantilever Lifting System are normally designed for a maximum segment length of 5.0 and have a capacity variation on load between 80 to 300 tons.

alpi sea's Balance Cantilever Formwork System to cast-in-situ and/or segmental method of construction is designed and supply with all necessaries accessories, lifting hoist (Two (2) per set) hydraulic component to launch the entire system forward.
